US Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell has returned to work on Capitol Hill in Washington DC but there was little attention given to his recent episodes of public freezing.

Congress’s attending physician has released a letter to Mr McConnell in an attempt to dispel theories of the 81-year-old which have begun circulating.
